What you will do

• Transform supplier paper data into electronic data files using IQVIA coding systems.
• Interpret written responses and allocate data to standard reference systems.
• Perform quality assurance checks to confirm coded data accurately reflects source submissions.
• Compare incoming transaction data with IQVIA reference files to establish matches through manual or automated processes.
• Conduct basic analysis and information gathering to resolve routine data issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of work experience involving PC literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Educational background or professional experience in pharmacy, nursing, medical technology, physical therapy, or another healthcare-related discipline.
• Developing knowledge of company products and the pharmaceutical industry.

Nice to have

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, drug names, disease classifications, or healthcare reference sources.
