TL;DR
ESG Expert (Sustainability): Driving ESG integration, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability initiatives across ING Hubs Philippines with an accent on environmental and social impact, non-financial data, and executive reporting. Focus on designing measurable ESG programs, building external partnerships, and advancing volunteerism and DEIB initiatives.

What you will do

  • Integrate environmental and sustainability priorities into business practices, operations, and decision-makhirify.global.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report ESG and other non-financial data for local and global stakeholders.
  • Develop executive dashboards and management reports to track sustainability targets and key performance indicators.
  • Identify ESG opportunities and translate them into measurable initiatives and business outcomes.
  • Design and execute ESG communication and engagement strategies, while managhirify.global partnerships with NGOs, industry groups, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Advise on volunteerism and DEIB initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, social impact, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of ESG or sustainability experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG reporthirify.global.
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Project and budget management experience.
