Loan Coordinator (Mortgage Operations & Lender Liaison)

Location: Philippines; remote. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking mortgage operations support for efficient loan processing and closing coordination.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for lending partners throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Monitor loan files from submission through closing, track statuses, and identify delays or missing documentation.
• Coordinate documentation and responses to underwriting conditions with lenders and internal teams.
• Organize complete loan files, record correspondence, and maintain accurate CRM and loan management system records.
• Track deadlines, escalate issues, resolve bottlenecks, and help keep closings on schedule.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support standardized coordination procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in loan coordination, loan processing, mortgage operations, lender relations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage and lending process, including managing files from submission through closing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, documentation, and deadline management abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace, with the ability to manage multiple active loan files independently.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for 30+ hours per week during U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with DSCR, investment-property, or non-QM loans.
• Experience supporting real estate investors or U.S.-based mortgage lenders and brokers.
• Familiarity with Encompass, LendingPad, Jungo, Salesforce, or similar loan platforms.
• Background in real estate operations or acquisitions.
