BCP Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Quezon City, Philippines

What you will do

• Develop basic business continuity and disaster recovery plans and assist with complex plans to reduce the impact of internal and external threats.
• Execute business impact analyses, risk assessments, recovery exercises, and other continuity projects.
• Coordinate hot-site recovery activities, including facility access, technical recovery, conference lines, event logs, and updates to the Crisis Management Team.
• Evaluate recovery exercises, identify and resolve issues, and coordinate with asset management, change management, and other departments.
• Train recovery team members and employees on business continuity and disaster recovery policies and procedures.
• Support senior leaders and external clients with research, information, and responses to questions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Related work experience.

Nice to have

• Background in information technology and the payments industry.
• Certifications from DRII, BCI, or Sentryx.
