What you will do

  • Develop and grow relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Position and promote strategic initiatives, programs, and services to drive customer success and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and customers to execute growth strategies.
  • Build business cases and recommendations for new products, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Lead customer conversations and presentations focused on business outcomes and value creation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in Buffalo, NY (Hybrid).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in business development, strategic sales, or account management.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and a pre-employment background check.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology, IT distribution, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or managed services environments.
  • Experience working with vendor partners and cross-functional business teams.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through solution-based selling.
