Salary: $58,000 - $98,600 per year

What you will do
- Develop and grow relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Position and promote strategic initiatives, programs, and services to drive customer success and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and customers to execute growth strategies.
- Build business cases and recommendations for new products, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Lead customer conversations and presentations focused on business outcomes and value creation.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Buffalo, NY (Hybrid).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in business development, strategic sales, or account management.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Ability to pass a drug test and a pre-employment background check.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, IT distribution, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or managed services environments.
- Experience working with vendor partners and cross-functional business teams.
- Proven ability to drive growth through solution-based selling.
