TL;DR

Business Development Manager (MarTech): Driving revenue growth for the Lions North America portfolio by selling marketing intelligence, innovation events, and digital media solutions with an accent on strategic outreach and high-value account management. Location: Must be based in New York City, with a hybrid work requirement of at least three days per week in-office.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 + commission.

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Proactively engage prospects through strategic outreach including calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office at least three days per week.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

  • Familiarity with conferences, trade shows, or events.
  • Experience within the MarTech industry.
