What you will do
- Manage remarketing for renewals, gathering risk management recommendations and preparing proposals.
- Process account renewals and endorsements, ensuring coverage accuracy and adherence to agency standards.
- Provide high-quality customer service, handling client requests and coordinating with claims specialists.
- Handle billing processes, including cancellation and reinstatement notices and payment follow-ups.
- Confirm coverage with dealers and mortgage representatives and provide necessary policy documentation.
- Maintain agency management systems, files, and assist with front desk duties.
Requirements
- Must hold all licenses required by the State Department of Insurance to discuss and/or sell insurance in the agency's operating states.
- Previous experience in Personal Lines of Business (preferred).
- Thorough understanding of Personal Lines underwriting and coverages.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar customer service or personal lines role (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
