Salary: $51,209–$70,408 (based on national average hourly rate of $24.62–$33.85/hr)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to resolve inquiries and process transactions.
  • Gather and verify information for underwriters to ensure file accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain suspense and follow-up systems for outstanding underwriting items.
  • Adhere to internal guidelines and compliance standards for all processed work.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to research and analyze account information.
  • Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

  • US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • High school diploma required (college degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
