What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to resolve inquiries and process transactions.
- Gather and verify information for underwriters to ensure file accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain suspense and follow-up systems for outstanding underwriting items.
- Adhere to internal guidelines and compliance standards for all processed work.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to research and analyze account information.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
- US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
