Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote within the USA. If located near hirify.global office locations (Pewaukee, WI; Omaha, NE; Glen Allen, VA; Henderson, NV), a hybrid work schedule is required.

Compensation: $20/hour - $23.00/hour plus annual performance bonus potential.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers regarding insurance questions.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Strive for first-call resolution to provide best-in-class service.
• Maintain current knowledge of all procedures, products, and programs.
• Meet department standards including schedule adherence, quality assurance, and talk time metrics.
• Communicate information clearly and professionally to encourage renewals and repeat business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of insurance sales or service experience required.
• Must have Property & Casualty license to work remotely outside of hirify.global office locations.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated job stability and reliable attendance record.
