Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Insurance)

Location: Remote within the United States; hybrid work is required if located near a hirify.global office in Pewaukee, WI, Omaha, NE, Glen Allen, VA, or Henderson, NV. A Property & Casualty license is required to work remotely outside hirify.global office locations.

Salary: $21.50–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and education, plus potential annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers with insurance questions.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate level when necessary.
• Communicate information clearly and efficiently over the phone.
• Strive for first-call resolution and build positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures, products, and programs while meeting department service standards.
• Monitor performance measures including schedule adherence, quality assurance, average handling time, and coding accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• At least two years of insurance sales or service experience required.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Strong computer, grammar, communication, reliability, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Some college education.
• Previous remote working experience.
