What you will do

  • Provide consultative support for quoting, selling, and servicing insurance policies.
  • Manage billing, renewals, and coverage questions via phone, email, chat, and text.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Analyze customer data to promote brand loyalty and improve retention.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Execute specialty team processes and strategies as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State or be able to obtain one within 30 days.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience.
