• Resolve insureds' and producers' concerns via calls and chats.
• Assist producers with technical system navigation and questions.
• Process endorsements, faxes, emails, and phone requests.
• Analyze data for underwriting determinations and report risk alerts.
• Manage policy cancellations and implement retention procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Current California Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance terminology and coverage concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve practical problems.
• Ability to operate in a paperless environment.

Nice to have

• P&C licenses in Michigan, Texas, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
