What you will do

• Lead the execution of medium to large EPC and Design-Build projects for semiconductor facility infrastructure and sub-fab systems.
• Oversee central utility systems, power generation and distribution, and industrial water/wastewater systems.
• Partner with sales to develop proposal strategies, execution plans, risk identification, and staffing plans.
• Manage multi-discipline engineering teams from schematic design through construction administration.
• Responsible for project financial forecasting, change management, and overall project profitability.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders to expand project scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor facility infrastructure or large-scale industrial mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record in EPC or design-build delivery.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing invoicing and internal/external costs.
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules using P6 or MS Project.
• Must be able to complete US pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
