What you will do
- Lead the execution of medium to large EPC and Design-Build projects for semiconductor facility infrastructure and sub-fab systems.
- Oversee central utility systems, power generation and distribution, and industrial water/wastewater systems.
- Partner with sales to develop proposal strategies, execution plans, risk identification, and staffing plans.
- Manage multi-discipline engineering teams from schematic design through construction administration.
- Responsible for project financial forecasting, change management, and overall project profitability.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders to expand project scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 9+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor facility infrastructure or large-scale industrial mission-critical projects.
- Proven track record in EPC or design-build delivery.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing invoicing and internal/external costs.
- Ability to develop detailed project schedules using P6 or MS Project.
- Must be able to complete US pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
