What you will do

• Lead advanced aircraft system development projects from initial concept through certification and production transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across systems engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing, and test.
• Facilitate critical technical reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and supplier performance to ensure program objectives are met.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and manage stakeholder expectations and contractual deliverables.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline.
• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in technical development or execution.
• Military aviation experience as a Pilot, Weapons System Officer, Navigator, or Electronic Warfare Officer.
• Experience working in a Department of War environment.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools, specifically Microsoft Project.
