Manufacturing Project Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing-related application development projects from scoping through deployment and application support.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, multidisciplinary groups, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations and risks, and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, quality standards, and project reporting.
• Chair steering committee meetings and communicate project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
• Drive solution adoption and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in aeronautical manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aeronautics, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes in an aeronautical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or the V-model.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and tracking schedules.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Experience in complex, multi-site, or international manufacturing environments.
