What you will do

• Coordinate project teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Chair steering committee meetings and produce project status reports.
• Ensure solution adoption by end users and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage project communications with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in aeronautical manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aeronautics, computer science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes in the aeronautical manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or V-model.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into practical, tailored solutions.
• Fluency in English is required.
