What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of NPI and process engineering projects from design to sustainment.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management.
• Partner with process engineering teams to optimize and industrialize manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and regulatory departments.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Track and report KPIs related to schedule, cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or related).
• 8–12+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, engineering, or operations.
• Proven experience leading Process Engineering and NPI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and scale-up.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Agile/Waterfall, Stage-Gate).
• Experience with CAD software.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA).
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience in regulated industries such as gaming, medical devices, aerospace, or automotive.
• Change management or continuous improvement leadership experience.
