Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Support Account Executives in managing active opportunities and advancing deals through the sales pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and alignment.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Assist with outreach, meeting coordination, and proposal preparation.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and track progress against individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working toward performance goals and activity targets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM tools.
