What you will do

• Provide site construction teams with methods, staffing, and execution support for substation construction.
• Partner with EH&S to develop and maintain safety programs and deliver Job Hazard Analysis for major erection packages.
• Develop and maintain construction procedures and quality programs; lead and participate in design constructability reviews.
• Support recruiting of craft and leadership for project work; develop craft training and certification programs for open-shop trades.
• Monitor productivity, progress, and cost; manage corrective plans and verify required equipment, materials, manpower, and resources are on site.
• Review timesheets, installed quantity reports, and progress payment requests; support risk reviews, backcharge identification, and commercial recovery.

Requirements

• Location: Must work in Hawaii, US
• 14+ years of construction supervisory experience required, including at least 3 years of prior Construction Manager experience.
• OSHA Training required.
• Complete pre-employment onboarding requirements if selected (background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search).
• Preferred: direct hire substation construction experience and experience with outage plans.
