What you will do

• Control all job site operations to ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project milestones and completion dates are met.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and promote a culture of safety among all personnel.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to review project scope and update schedules.
• Manage punch-list completion and project closeout procedures.
• Complete daily project reports and maintain documentation on the contract intranet.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Strong ability to manage resources, vendors, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking uneven terrain and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional presentation of information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
