What you will do

• Act as the primary owner for all facility and capital improvement projects.
• Develop project scopes, accurate budgets, and cost estimates.
• Manage and consult with outsourced providers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and approve construction bids, invoices, and project progress billings.
• Conduct interim and final build-out inspections and manage punch lists.
• Partner with financial analysts to report on project performance, ROI, and IRR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least five years of project management experience in retail commercial construction.
• Strong construction estimating skills and understanding of project timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) and portfolio management platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 45% of the time for project reviews.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
