hirify.global Interactive is a leading gaming content creation company and provider of technology solutions for regulated online Real Money Gaming, including iLottery, iGaming, and Online Sports Betting.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic and high-value operator accounts globally.
  • Develop and execute multi-year Strategic Account Plans to achieve revenue targets and identify growth levers.
  • Lead pricing and contractual negotiations and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) independently.
  • Drive product adoption and identify new revenue opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Technical teams.
  • Provide actionable market and customer intelligence to inform regional strategy and the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial experience within iGaming, Betting, or Gaming.
  • Experience managing complex B2B operator relationships across multiple regulated markets.
  • Advanced negotiation and commercial structuring capabilities.
  • Strong personal network of Operators and Suppliers within the iGaming industry.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian).
