What you will do

• Define and own the overall partnership strategy and frameworks for identifying and engaging Truck OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Build and qualify a pipeline of partnership opportunities based on strategic fit and commercial viability.
• Lead end-to-end deal structuring and negotiation of high-value B2B agreements.
• Manage the commercial onboarding process, establishing milestones and success metrics.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Build and mentor a growing partnerships team to drive commercial rigor and accountability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Experience within the automotive, trucking, mobility, or deep technology sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex commercial relationships with OEMs or industrial suppliers.
• Expertise in structuring and negotiating complex B2B agreements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel regularly (up to 40% of the time).
