What you will do

• Build and manage hirify.global’s technical partnership and integration ecosystem from the ground up.
• Drive the full partnership lifecycle, including discovery, scoping, integration design, and joint testing.
• Define the integration roadmap and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship reliable, developer-friendly integrations.
• Enable sales and marketing teams with technical knowledge and partner assets to drive adoption.
• Forge strategic alliances with technical and product leaders to identify co-development and API collaboration opportunities.
• Measure and report on integration adoption, developer engagement, and pipeline influence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Partnerships, Product Partnerships, or Technical Business Development within developer tools, security, or infrastructure software.
• Strong understanding of modern development environments, CI/CD systems, and API-based integrations.
• Proven track record of driving product partnerships that resulted in real integrations and adoption growth.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts like APIs, SDKs, and webhooks to both engineering and executive audiences.
• Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements that balance technical scope with business outcomes.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically to bring integrations live.
