What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner ecosystem strategy.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key technology vendors.
• Build a predictable co-sell and referral pipeline to drive revenue.
• Create and execute joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Educate internal sales and delivery teams on partner programs and incentives.
• Define and track partnership KPIs to report progress to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Strong experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel development within the tech consulting, cloud, or AI industries.
• Proven track record of generating revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
• Deep understanding of AI, Generative AI, data engineering, and cloud platforms.
• Experience negotiating partnership agreements and managing vendor relationships.

Nice to have

• Existing network within Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or Anthropic ecosystems.
• Experience managing major partner programs like APN or Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
• Background in fast-growing consulting or AI services companies.
