What you will do

• Provide frontline technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling, and networking of data center hardware.
• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and data centers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to commute to Jersey City office and work onsite during standard hours
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience servicing complex X86 systems and customer support.
• Strong hardware diagnostics skills including BIOS, drivers, and application issues.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/carry at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in noisy environments.
