What you will do
- Manage MidMarket Sales Support processes, ensuring accurate paperwork and compliance with established policies.
- Oversee the resolution of prospect and client complaints while maintaining company standards.
- Produce and analyze sales reports for management to ensure operational accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding proactive needs for bid submission and approval.
- Develop strategic plans for work distribution to maintain high service levels for sales team members.
- Mentor and coach employees through performance reviews, continuous development, and leadership planning.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Experience interacting directly with prospects and clients in a professional manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be based in Kingwood, Texas.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Prior knowledge of sales processes.
