What you will do

• Manage MidMarket Sales Support processes, ensuring accurate paperwork and compliance with established policies.
• Oversee the resolution of prospect and client complaints while maintaining company standards.
• Produce and analyze sales reports for management to ensure operational accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding proactive needs for bid submission and approval.
• Develop strategic plans for work distribution to maintain high service levels for sales team members.
• Mentor and coach employees through performance reviews, continuous development, and leadership planning.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
• Experience interacting directly with prospects and clients in a professional manner.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be based in Kingwood, Texas.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
