What you will do

  • Execute strategic event prospecting by attending key trade shows and conferences to generate interest in hirify.global.
  • Plan and host high-touch micro-events (e.g., executive dinners and roundtables) to accelerate deal cycles for targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify event targets and secure meetings.
  • Engage CFOs and prospects to understand goals and objectives and nurture opportunities for Sales execution.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects/clients met at events to keep hirify.global top of mind.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, or a sales role.
  • Comfort initiating conversations with strangers and steering discussions toward business value; resilient to rejection.
  • Strong understanding of lead vs. Sales Qualified Lead (SAL) and focus on lead quality.
  • Ability to use lead capture tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ during peak conference seasons.
