Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid role)

Salary: $70,040 – $118,450

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of customer communities across platforms like Reddit and Facebook.
  • Lead the end-to-end migration from the current Salesforce-based community platform to a new system.
  • Plan and execute community campaigns to drive awareness, registrations, and member growth.
  • Launch and manage a customer webinar program to deepen product adoption.
  • Own the Customer Awards program from nominations to the final ceremony.
  • Build a community health dashboard to track KPIs and demonstrate impact on retention and churn.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in community management or customer marketing within a SaaS or ehirify.global environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing online communities across multiple platforms.
  • Experience leading or contributing to a community platform migration.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline community workflows and data reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for customer engagement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with community platforms such as Gainsight.
  • Background in ehirify.global or working directly with merchants and retailers.
