Location: Hybrid in Westminster, CO
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage, coach, and develop service desk personnel to build a culture of accountability and high-quality support.
- Lead daily service desk operations, monitoring SLA performance, ticket quality, and complex escalations.
- Manage the entire employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and equipment asset management.
- Develop operational standards, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.
- Coordinate relationships, renewals, and operational tasks with IT vendors and SaaS providers.
- Implement process improvements using PowerShell, Power Automate, APIs, and AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or service delivery.
- 2+ years of team lead or people management experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, APIs, and workflow automation technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, Azure, and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
- Experience supporting SOC 2 audits and compliance-driven operational processes.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Certifications such as Microsoft MS-102, MD-102, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation.
