What you will do

• Maintain and improve foundational IT infrastructure, including Jamf, Okta, and Zscaler.
• Design and implement lifecycle automation using Python, Bash, and Okta Workflows to streamline RBAC and user provisioning.
• Execute corporate IT projects such as MDM policy deployment and SaaS license consolidation.
• Collaborate with InfoSec to manage secure authentication architectures (SAML, SCIM, OAuth) and ensure least-privilege compliance.
• Troubleshoot backend architecture including AWS VDI workspaces and GCP-hosted SCIM bridges.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered productivity tools and workflow automations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or systems engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Chicago, IL.
• Okta Certified Professional/Administrator with expertise in SSO, MFA, and directory integrations.
• Strong working knowledge of macOS and Jamf MDM fleet management at scale.
• Proficiency in building logic-driven integrations via platform APIs or Okta Workflows.
• Active interest or experience in utilizing AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).

Nice to have

• Certifications: Jamf 200/300 or Google Workspace Administrator.
• Experience managing secure AWS VDI workspaces and SCIM bridges on GCP.
• Demonstrated experience writing clean code/scripts in Python or Bash.
• Background in GRC, compliance, or enterprise SaaS industries.
