What you will do

• Lead design across critical Risk experiences, shaping the strategy for new product surfaces.
• Design AI-driven and agent-friendly workflows to help users onboard quickly and manage compliance.
• Partner with product, engineering, policy, and research to define near-term and long-term opportunities.
• Raise the craft bar and set visual standards for risk and compliance experiences across the platform.
• Prototype new ideas and influence product direction through storytelling and design judgment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience designing products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, end-to-end design, and understanding of AI tools.
• Proven experience leading complex product work in partnership with product management and engineering.
• Track record of shaping ambiguous spaces and driving clarity through design.
• Must be based in the United States.
