TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Santa Clara, CA

What you will do

  • Architect and execute the MSP and Systems Integrator strategy to establish the company as the preferred networking solution.
  • Lead global channel strategy, ensuring regional resellers have the resources to close land-and-expand opportunities.
  • Develop strategic technology partnerships to drive product integrations and incremental revenue.
  • Design and manage the end-to-end partner program, including tiering, incentives, and deal registration.
  • Own the partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align on co-selling and enablement motions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in channel/partner sales with at least 6+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a channel function from scratch, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Strong existing network of MSPs, Systems Integrators, and technology partners.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to move seamlessly from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both C-level executives and field sales representatives.
  • Must be based in Santa Clara or able to work from the office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Networking or Security tools.
  • Familiarity with PRM and channel tooling like Crossbeam, PartnerStack, or Salesforce PRM.
  • Experience managing channel conflict in hybrid direct/indirect sales models.
