Location: Hybrid role based in New York City

Compensation: $460,000 – $530,000 (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Own and deliver the commercial growth mandate, targeting 35%+ ARR growth over three years.
  • Lead and evolve a sales organization of ~220 professionals, including Account Executives, Directors, and SDRs.
  • Architect and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting mechanisms.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure tight GTM alignment and seamless customer lifecycle management.
  • Develop and scale sales leadership talent, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and coaching.
  • Optimize compensation plans, territory design, and capacity planning to align with company growth priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Leadership, specifically within high-velocity SaaS or technology-enabled services.
  • Proven track record managing $300M+ ARR businesses and leading large, multi-layered sales organizations (100+ sellers).
  • Deep expertise in modern GTM models, including new logo acquisition, account expansion, and specialist overlay motions.
  • Strong operational orientation with hands-on experience in CRM platforms, sales technology, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office in a hybrid capacity.
