TL;DR

VP, Americas Alliances & Channels: Lead and scale a partner ecosystem across ISVs, cloud providers, system integrators, resellers, and MSSPs with an accent on co-sell execution, partner-sourced pipeline, and measurable net new ARR. Focus on building a disciplined, performance-driven operating model and executive-level partner relationships to accelerate platform adoption across the Americas.

Location: USA - Remote, CA

Salary: $200,000 - 340,000 per year + commission + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and partner-led bookings, positioning partners as a core revenue engine.
  • Develop and execute co-sell and partner-led go-to-market motions integrated into the Sales process.
  • Own the Americas partner strategy and expand routes to market through MSSPs, cloud marketplaces, and strategic alliances.
  • Build executive-level relationships and run joint business planning with clear outcomes, metrics, and accountability.
  • Establish a metrics-driven operating cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, partner scorecards) and manage KPIs across revenue and partner productivity.
  • Recruit, lead, and scale an Americas alliances organization, including leadership bench strength and succession planning.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in alliances, channels, or ecosystem leadership in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record driving revenue through partners at scale.
  • Deep experience building and executing co-sell motions with enterprise Sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, MSSPs, and modern partner routes to market.
  • Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders; experience leading and scaling distributed teams.
