TL;DR

Director of Business Development & Partnerships (Cybersecurity): Building and scaling a global partner ecosystem, including MSP and VAR programs, to drive revenue and market expansion with an accent on channel strategy and strategic alliances. Focus on designing scalable partner motions, negotiating high-value agreements, and establishing executive-level relationships within the networking and security domain.

Location: Hybrid / Remote (USA). Willingness and ability to travel domestically and potentially internationally is required.

What you will do

  • Own and execute the global business development and partnerships strategy to build a revenue-generating growth engine.
  • Lead the GTM strategy and execution for the MSP offering, driving adoption and partner readiness.
  • Build and grow a high-value partner network across MSPs, resellers, distributors, and technology partners globally.
  • Design and optimize scalable partner programs, including tiers, incentives, and co-selling motions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align partner strategy with the product roadmap.
  • Develop the long-term operating model and hiring roadmap for the global partnerships organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner motions from the ground up.
  • Experience within networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success engaging C-level stakeholders and negotiating strategic agreements.
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic builder and a hands-on executor in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Must be eligible for US-based employment benefits (401k, US health insurance).

  • MBA degree.
  • Existing network of relationships with global distributors, resellers, and MSPs.
