People Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $103,300–$148,500 USD per year, with potential bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Own mid-year and annual performance and pay cycles, including check-ins, reviews, calibration, and compensation timelines.
• Run post mortems after each cycle, analyze outcomes, and turn findings into data-backed improvements.
• Manage the People team’s program calendar and roadmap across HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
• Build project infrastructure, including intake processes, status reporting, frameworks, and milestone tracking.
• Improve access to actionable People data in Cowork and lead AI adoption change-management initiatives, including rollout plans, training, and feedback loops.
• Develop rewards and recognition programs for AI transformation and support IPO readiness programs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR program management, or a closely related field.
• Experience owning complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and compensation cycle execution.
• Experience conducting program post mortems or retrospectives and translating findings into action.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, build structure, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Experience with or genuine curiosity about AI tools in an HR or People context; proficiency with HRIS, project management tools, and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experimentation with AI tools in an HR or People context.
• Experience with Workday, Asana, or Notion.
