New Hire Compliance Manager

What you will do

• Oversee identity validation during recruitment, onboarding, training, go-live, and quarterly revalidation.
• Audit camera verification, I-9 document checks, IP and geographic location checks, and physical workstation controls.
• Manage Sentinel Vision monitoring, biometric Yubikey opt-out governance, and related hardware verification processes.
• Investigate identity or location discrepancies, pause access when required, and create information security incident tickets.
• Coordinate with Information Security, IT, Logistics, Asset Recovery, Talent Acquisition, Service Delivery, and HR within defined SLAs.
• Maintain evidence and audit trails, prepare monthly risk reports, and review emerging remote impersonation threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, criminal justice, information security, compliance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, or HR Operations, including US HR program delivery.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and investigative abilities, ethical judgment, and executive communication skills.
• Experience handling sensitive HR data, data privacy guidelines, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to achieve 100% coverage of mandatory identity checks and comply with incident review SLAs.
