What you will do

  • Design automated marketing workflows across Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, and other GTM platforms to ensure reliable data flow.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve software/process/integration bottlenecks while reporting on performance trends.
  • Define audience segmentation and execute email lifecycle strategies to drive onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Lead operational initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects in deep partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Optimize the marketing software budget by managing licenses, usage, and ROI.
  • Improve the Marketing-Sales handoff process by designing repeatable workflows and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, Gong, or Zoominfo.
  • Proven experience building scalable system architectures and eliminating manual work through automation.
  • Strong systems thinking, workflow design, and project management capabilities.
  • Must be based in the United States to be eligible for the provided compensation and benefits.
