What you will do

• Lead end-to-end mapping of technology identification, requirements, and workflows for CISA Threat Hunt.
• Develop visual diagrams including process flows, swimlanes, and dependency maps.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate workflows and uncover cross-functional impacts.
• Document current and future-state workflows, identifying gaps and recommending system changes.
• Deliver actionable documentation to support strategic planning, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate across agencies and physical locations to ensure architectural alignment.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of direct experience in systems engineering and architecture development.
• Technical understanding of cybersecurity attack-mitigation techniques and architectures.
• Experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) and Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• BS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with architectural frameworks like DODAF or FEAF.
• Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST 800-37/53 controls.
• DHS experience.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level III or CSEP certification.
