What you will do

• Lead the contract technology insertion team and oversee all related projects.
• Map end-to-end technology identification, requirements, and workflows for CISA Threat Hunt.
• Develop visual diagrams including process flows, swimlanes, and dependency maps.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate workflows and identify cross-functional impacts.
• Analyze system impacts and recommend process or system changes to leadership.
• Document current and future-state workflows to support strategic planning and compliance.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering and architecture development.
• 6+ years of experience leading engineering and deployment teams.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity attack-mitigation techniques and architectures.
• Experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) and Agile/SAFe frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with architectural frameworks such as DODAF or FEAF.
• Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST 800-37/53 controls.
• Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS.
• Relevant certifications: DoD 8140 IAT Level III, CSEP, PMP, or SAFe certifications.
