What you will do

• Lead solution development for mid to large-scale federal programs by analyzing RFP requirements.
• Shape innovative concepts across business operations, data, AI, cloud, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with SMEs and engineers to deliver agile solution designs spanning analysis, architecture, and deployment.
• Own the technical solution for proposals, RFIs, and white papers, ensuring clear articulation of strategy and business value.
• Develop technical sections including CONOPs, BOEs, LOEs, and secure API designs.
• Collaborate with capture, business development, and executive leadership to shape winning strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting enterprise solutions in cloud, data engineering, AI/ML, or DevSecOps.
• 5+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for large-scale government cloud programs.
• 5+ years focused on solution architecture and federal pursuits within Defense or civilian agencies.
• Proven success in writing and developing federal proposals.
• Strong advocate for agile, HCD, and integrated DevSecOps automation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
