Salary: $157,800 - $197,250 base per year

What you will do

• Lead and coach the solutions architecture team to drive a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Establish and refine customer-facing demos and pre-sales processes to reduce sales timelines and increase conversion rates.
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers and prospects on building continuous offensive security programs.
• Represent hirify.global's value proposition at industry events and trade shows.
• Influence the product roadmap, pricing, and positioning by representing customer needs internally.
• Partner cross-functionally to shape new business models and service offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (East Coast location preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity products and services.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of solutions architects.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into tangible customer outcomes.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging across all levels, from technical deep dives to C-level discussions.
