Solutions Architect

TL;DR

Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity): Own pre-sales technical engagements with customers, translating business needs into technical requirements and presenting hirify.global’s architecture and services. Focus on complex client solutioning, Proof of Value delivery, and consultative technical strategy across engineers and senior decision makers.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX)

Salary: $100,000 - $195,000 (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales to identify technical requirements and develop customized solutions for complex client needs.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Value projects for prospective clients.
• Support hirify.global at industry events and C-level roundtables.
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to provide market feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Gather and track success metrics for customer Proof of Value engagements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on cyber first supply chain services and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, TPRM, GRC, and/or similar.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing complex sales cycles.
• Ability to manage complex technical projects and lead technical strategy in sales engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
