Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office) in Waltham, Massachusetts, US

Salary: $100,800 – $153,500 annually

What you will do

  • Act as an internal HR consultant to develop and execute solutions for critical organizational issues.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration on HR practices.
  • Create and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities to drive success.
  • Coach people managers on HR issues and promote a high-performance talent management culture.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to achieve effective business outcomes.
  • Propose and implement innovative HR initiatives to add organizational value.

Requirements

  • ~5-7 years of HR experience with solid knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to offer credible HR insights to various business units.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Waltham, Massachusetts.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for ad hoc reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for data storytelling.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
