What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and securing the facility.
• Drive sales performance through rentals, protection plans, and merchandise sales.
• Coach, train, and mentor the Assistant General Manager to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and resolve escalations professionally.
• Partner with auction vendors and the Regional Director to manage the complete auction process.
• Perform property walkthroughs, safety inspections, and light facility maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation for workday travel.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical tasks including cleaning and light landscaping.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic to moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse environmental conditions and weather.
