Salary: $200,000–$230,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage the HR, Legal, Finance, and Program Management functions.
• Monitor KPIs and implement processes to improve operational performance across all departments.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and establish financial controls.
• Provide strategic growth insights to the CEO and Board.
• Oversee high-level vendor relationships including legal, banking, and audit partners.
• Recruit and nurture top-tier talent while fostering a culture of continuous professional development.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations at a VP or COO level.
• Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY.
• Proven track record of scaling operational infrastructure in companies with 100–500 employees.
• Direct experience managing multi-disciplinary teams spanning people, legal, and finance.
• Experience partnering with geographically distributed teams (US and international).
• Background in digital media, gaming, SaaS, or consumer technology.

Nice to have

• Experience in a founder-led or independently owned company.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and operational transformation programs.
