TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Defense Tech): Driving adoption and mission success for the Raptor drone video exploitation and operational intelligence platform with an accent on DoD and US Government integration. Focus on establishing trusted relationships with operators, identifying expansion opportunities, and translating technical capabilities into operational outcomes.

Location: Remote within the United States (preference for Herndon, VA). Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).

Salary: $119,000 - $173,800 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sale success lead for Raptor customers across the Department of Defense and U.S. Government.
  • Develop customer success strategies to drive adoption, operational integration, and long-term mission value.
  • Identify and develop new operational use cases to expand platform adoption and support account growth and renewals.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and represent operational requirements.
  • Represent hirify.global at military exercises, demonstrations, conferences, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate customer success plans, adoption metrics, and CRM records.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required (TS/SCI preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or Account Management supporting government customers.
  • Demonstrated experience working with the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into operational outcomes and mission value.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience within the UAS/drone ecosystem or ISR technology providers.
  • Prior military experience, particularly in UAS, ISR, targeting, or special operations.
  • Familiarity with mission systems like command and control platforms, sensor integration, or geospatial tools.
  • Experience working in startup or venture-backed environments.
