Account Executive (Space)

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 base + competitive commission

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle capture efforts to acquire new customers within the Space ecosystem.
• Develop and execute capture plans, win strategies, and competitive positioning to secure new business.
• Engage with government stakeholders, primes, and ecosystem partners to shape opportunities ahead of solicitation.
• Translate technical capabilities, such as DevSecOps and edge deployments, into persuasive win themes.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with market intelligence, SWOT analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Represent the company at industry and government events to increase visibility and gather intelligence.

Requirements

• Proven track record of winning complex technical pursuits through the full capture lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Space Force acquisition processes, including FAR-based contracts, OTAs, SBIR, and IDIQ.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Deep experience in Cyber operations.

• Familiarity with software factory environments, DevSecOps, or tactical edge deployments.
