What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy across North America from scratch.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contract.
• Engage both technical evaluators and executive decision-makers in the sales process.
• Develop and refine the sales pitch based on real buyer feedback and closed deals.
• Build and scale the sales team based on proven sales motions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in North America with hybrid work in San Francisco.
• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing early deals.
• Strong network and relationships to secure initial meetings without cold outreach.
• Ability to engage both engineers and C-suite executives effectively.
• Fluent in AI technology and capable of holding technical sales conversations.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
