Digital And Creative Marketing Specialist (Digital Marketing): Lead the development and execution of a cohesive digital and creative marketing strategy across email, social, SEO, SEM, display, and other channels with an accent on brand identity, visual direction, and campaign performance measurement. Focus on designing on-brand campaigns and marketing assets, optimizing ROI using KPIs, and supporting lead generation and event/tradeshow initiatives.

Location: Remote (United States); Eastern/Central time zones preferred; travel up to 5% for team/company meetings and events

What you will do

  • Develop and execute digital and creative marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience and drive net new prospect growth across email, social, SEO, SEM, display, and other digital channels.
  • Partner with sales to align digital efforts with pipeline needs and improve lead generation and conversion into qualified opportunities.
  • Define and refine target audiences, marketing profiles, and customer personas to support personalized campaigns.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print (sales collateral, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, ads) and create on-brand social graphics.
  • Create light motion graphics/animations (e.g., GIFs, short videos, explainer visuals) and develop presentations for sales, leadership, and external audiences.
  • Measure, analyze, and report KPIs and campaign outcomes; support website UX improvements and event/tradeshow marketing (booth design, signage, logistics, vendor coordination, and branded merchandise).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design with a strong portfolio covering both creative and campaign execution.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva; working knowledge of motion design/animation tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe After Effects).
  • Experience planning and coordinating tradeshows, conferences, or corporate events, including logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Working knowledge of web design and development to update and optimize website content and user experience.
  • Experience using marketing technology (MarTech) platforms such as HubSpot (or similar) to execute and measure campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze and report campaign performance using data/analytics to support data-driven marketing decisions.
